*All deadline dates are in Eastern Time (ET) by 5:00pm. The deadline date is based on the time of submission of your registration and confirmation of your online payment of the registration fee to the Registration office.

Registration includes (Member/Non-Member/Life Member): Access to all conference technical sessions, welcome reception, banquet, beverage breaks, conference proceedings, conference digest booklet, and conference bag.

Student & Young Professional Forum (S-YP) Registration includes:   All items as indicated above as well as S-YP forum sessions, and S-YP social events.

Please Note: Students may upload one (1) student-authored conference paper. Maximum of 1 paper with no faculty co-authors.

Bank Transfers
Bank transfer will incur an additional $20 USD fee and is required to be included in your registration payment. Should this fee not be included/paid in full, your conference registration will not be considered complete.

Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to isiereg@ieee.org and received by 6 May, 2016 5:00pm ET. No refunds will be provided after this date. Please note: Author registrations are non-refundable and non-transferrable. There will be a US $100 administrative fee deducted from each refund.

Substitution/Transfer Policy
All requests for registration transfers/substitutions (same type: member/non-member) is permitted prior to 27 May, 2016, 5:00pm ET.   Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution. There will be a US $100 transfer fee imposed and possible additional fees depending upon the new registrant’s member status for each request.   Please submit requests to isiereg@ieee.org

Author Registration Information

• Registration is required for all participants of IEEE 2016 ISIE
• Authors must be registered by Early Bird deadline, 20 April 2016
• Authors must register and pay the full conference registration fee; authors are not permitted to register at the student/life member discounted registration fee.
• Up to 6 pages (including figures and references) are allowed for each paper. One (1) extra page is permissible with at an additional fee of (US $100) paid at time of registration. Total file size must not exceed 2MB.

All papers are required to have at least one author registered by paying the full registration fee (registration as IEEE Member, IES Member, Non-IEEE Members, and IEEE Life Members) before or on 20 April, 2016 for the paper to go into the program.

Every conference paper must be linked to a registration. Each registration may include up to two (2) regular conference papers.  Additional papers will require an additional registration fee.

S-YP Forum registration fee category only provides access to paper submission for the S-YP Forum papers only and does not allow for submission of papers for the ISIE conference.

Please Remember: At least one author of an accepted paper must register at the Full IEEE Member/Non-Member rate even if the author is a student. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person.

Author No-Show Policy
ISIE enforces a ‘no show’ policy. Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend the conference, will be removed from the conference proceedings and will be excluded from being published.

Visa Assistance Letters
It is IEEE policy to only issue Visa Assistance to Speaker, Authors, Committee Members, and Attendees paid in FULL. If you request a letter for acquiring a VISA in order to enter the United States to attend this conference, the full admission price will be required to be paid in full via credit card in advance of the letter.   If you request a refund after a VISA letter is issued, the proper authorities will be notified that you no longer intend to attend this conference. Requests for a hard copy visa letter will be subject to a US $25 fee to cover the cost of courier delivery.

Privacy of Information Policy
Information provided by the registrant will only be used by IEEE and its organizational units to serve the registrant for this and potentially other IEEE sponsored events, as well as updating IEEE member records.

IEEE Photography Policy
Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional, and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media.

Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without prior written permission of IEEE.

Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
